The 2 dominoes stores in Aylesbury are the worst takeaways I have ever experienced. This is not an exaggeration. I should clarify it’s not the food that’s bad but the customer service is disgusting they don’t answer there phones! They’re rude when they do! Got a bunch of teenagers answering they’re phones with an I don’t give a f*** attitude! 2-3hour wait times added to that delivery drivers that will literally throw the food at you. One of the stores is 1.5 miles away and refuses to deliver to my area but they deliver to other areas? I swear to god never again!! These people are a different level of stupid!!! Use at your own risk!!!

Worst dominos had a few deliveries the pizzas are always burnt but also they take ages to deliver over 90 minutes last time and dont answer the phone... happy to take your money but service and quality is exceptionally poor got to another dominos or eat a frozen pizza as that was about as warm as the one i had last night was

Terrible excuses every time takes 30 mins more on this occasion then meant to and last time was 2 hours late this is for a 10 min drive when it says out for delivery. Excuse for not every answering phone is that they have 1 member of stuff in the store. Very easy to pick up phone while cooking.

Shocking service and a manager who has no interest in customer issues. Pizza arrived wrong. told they would send another but needed this one back - after an hours wait i didn't want to wait another hour. Worse than the indifference to not providing what I bought was the attitude of the counter staff who thought that calling me boss was amusing and that if I wanted to know his name " I should come down and see him" very aggressive overtones. I am going to take this up with them - no customer when having an issue should be dismissed or feel threatened AVOID THIS BRANCH whoever has the dominos franchise for this area is getting away with shocking practices and service and yet the brand seem unwilling / able to take action.
