RUDE STAFF ALEX we ordered from here and our food got handed to us half open with the label/seal ripped. So we was really apprehensive if our food was tampered with. We then called them and Alex kept putting the phone down on us and kept giving us fake names. We then rang back again and he done the same thing. We called a third time and he was said “should I send you a new label” multiple times. I then offered to give him my address to show that I actually had ordered and when I gave him the address he went “oh sorry we’ve had so many prank calls” but the whole interaction went on for over 15 minutes and we have the whole thing recorded.

I ordered the popchick and when they arrived they were raw, as in the chicken was still pink inside. After calling and asking for the manager they offered no apologies what so ever and started making excuses saying that all the sides are precooked. After requesting a new order the second order comes and guess what... Once again the chicken is raw. Let's just say this is the first and last time I ever order from dominos.
I got my food deliver at about 2:30am they arrived pretty quickly. The food was amazing but the highlight of it was the driver he is the long bearded guy, he was very sweet and very kind massive thank you to him I hope he gets treated well since he made my night. Food: 5/5

These guys are amazing. I placed a pizza order thinking it was here but I accidentally ordered it from the warminster shop 1hr away. The team realized my mistake and popped one in for me, so I didn’t have a 2hr round trip to collect the one I ordered. How amazing is that!!! Lovely staff and amazing pizza
The only aspects of my order they got correct were the Dip and the Cookies. Their system was down and so I got the wrong Pizza and did not get the Garlic Pizza bread. As this was a collection the mistake was only noted when I got home, by then it was too late. Very disapointed.
I love this Domino’s, I’ve never had a single issue with it. The pizza is exactly what you’d expect. Lovely drivers and the food always arrives quick and hot. Great opening times too, one of the few places still delivering at ungodly hours.
The guy I spoke to was very disrespectful on the phone. He didn’t even let me give my address before he hung up. I had to call back and again his tone was just horrible. I understand being frustrated,working this late isn’t ideal but there’s no reason to be rude and disrespectful. Especially if the customer wasn’t disrespectful back. Do better.
