Wouldn't even give it one star, ordered at 12.30 with a confimation email, waited till 14.13 and it didn't turn up called a huge number if times with no answer and emailed to ask someone to call me and let me know what's going on, My experience here in the past was never good, didn't have diet tango for my diabetic friend so gave us a sugary drink with a note on the delivery that they didn't have it, soup turned up stone cold so had to heat it myself and was missing the bread roll, I don't think I'll order from here again after this experience though. After leaving this review yesterday I got an email from baguetti junction this was the email i got -> Thanks for your lovely review yesterday. Please find somewhere else to get your lunch in future Baguetti Junction I find this to be very unprofessional,
This place is normally really very good but sadly the standards have slipped, the new member of staff skimps badly on filling and always misses the sauces out after the older lady asks you if you want anything. This is very sad as us staff from HCC offices loved the fillings and the standards was far better than subway but sadly unless it goes back to how it was then we will have to find another place for our lunch xxx bring back the original lady please xx
I have had 2 failed attempts as getting something delivered from here and this time to be told"well we dont normally deliver 1 think we do it as a favor" well i wont bother you with my business again thank you sorry to be of inconvenience to you
