Story

Domino’s is passionate about being the best pizza company in the whole world. We want to deliver a piping hot pizza to your door under 22 minutes (yeah, that specific!). We know what YOU expect from us and we will try to exceed that each and every time by delivering quicker than anyone else, delivering better pizzas than anyone else and getting it right every time! It's what we do ;)

Constantly getting orders wrong. Ordered today via app. Delivery came on time, just a pitty the order wasn't right. I called and explained what was wrong and was advised that they would send out the correct items. Half an hour later my item arrives at the door just in enough time for the rest of the food to turn stone cold. Called again and they were going to send out the missing item again!??? An absolute joke. Asked for a refund but was told the manager was the only one who was able to issue refunds and they were off on holiday. How convenient! Domino's, I await your reply and my refund.

I called Saturday evening to place an order and collect. A girl answered phone and told me to wait and after 5 mins she hung up and no one answered when I called back so I took my business else where and I won't be back. I'was a regular customer.

Ordered a pizza from the Dominos app, received an email saying that my order was in the system, on the app it then said it was out for delivery, waited an hour and a half no sign of my order, the app then said it was delivered, whenever I rung up the person who took the phone call did not seem very bothered and said that my order was not in the system and did not ask me if I wanted to place another order.

Never had any problems with Dominos everything on time and piping hot, pleasant staff...People complaining but have a look at WHAT TIME you order... if u order at 2am no wonder that its sometimes slow or cold. Its most busy time for them at this stage so FU*KERS whos orders are at 2am or so and complaining stfu and order at normal hours then u wont complain. Thanks :)
