Phoned an order in last night. Young girl on phone didn’t sound like she understood that part of the order was 2 chicken boxes with no veg, and that on one of them instead of the normal garlic mayo I wanted plain mayo. Wasn’t told the order would take an hour for delivery! The food arrived eventually and it was Luke warm. And one of the chicken boxes consisted of chips, mayo and chicken. Rang to tell them it was wrong. They apologized and told me they send up another but it would be another hour. Told them this was a mistake on their part and I wanted it ASAP. Eventuallly was told it would be 20 mins. Another hour later it arrived and low and behold it was wrong again. This time it came with veg and no taco or chili sauces on it. I think it was very black and white what I ordered. Rang again and the girl apologized but don’t think grasped that they are supposed to work as a team and make sure orders are taken down properly, especially when it was wrong the first time. When I asked to speak to a manger she told me I’d have to ring her in the morning as she wasn’t there. And that I should make a complaint to her because they get loads of complaints and when they tell her she doesn’t take them on. Rang today and spoke with the manager and she was very stand offish. She really was not interested in my complaint only interested in who had said this about her. I WILL NEVER EAT OUT OF HERE AGAIN. COLD FOOD AND WRONG ORDERS ARE MOST DEFINITELY NOT ON THE MENU. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Plenty of other fine eating establishment near by.

Great Pizza's. And The Girls work hard to keep on top of the orders. I miss Wee Teresa, Though. . .

got order completely wrong and waited over half an hour in shop for food also had appalling customer service...won’t be buying from here again.

Multiple orders incorrect, due to orders not being taking down correctly by member of staff who answers phone. Items not being included when delivery has arrived, have had to call multiple times to explain that order was either incorrect or items have not been delivered but have been paid for. Very poor service overall. And disappointed as a regular customer
