Non attendance to agreed appointments and fobbing off during phone calls where follow up calls are promised but are never made. I hate to use bigger companies but in moseley domestica isn't the best option.
I booked in with Domestica to fix my oven when the glass fell out- it was easy to book in and the engineer arrived at the allotted time and completed the repair with no fuss. Would definitely recommend!
Fantastic service... last year they rescued my dishwasher from a chunk of broken glass stuck in the pump, last week it was sorting out a rat chewed cable on my fridge freezer in the garage. Always prompt and courteous service at very reasonable rates! Thank you
Excellent service, polite chap in shop. Ordered at lunch time, delivered, fitted and old stuff taken away free by 4.30pm! Cant fault them.
