My 8-year-old TV wouldn't turn on. Gave it to a local TV repairer who quoted me £145, including a new motherboard. Told them not to go ahead, I'll buy new, but thought I'd get a 2nd opinion first and gave it to Deltavision. Paul quoted £108.98 at most should it need a new motherboard but he found nothing wrong except a loose connector and quickly fixed it for £25. He even texted me a photo of the problem, below. It works fine, now. So my recommendation is, don't bother going anywhere else, go straight to Paul.
I received a great and professsional service. My TV screen was not working. Paul managed to repair the issue within 2 days for a great price. Fantastic service, will highly recommend.
Great experience. Paul was easy to deal with, honest and transparent communications. It is so refreshing to deal with a small business that has good old fashioned family values at heart. Paul fixed our LG TV when it failed just before Christmas, for a good price and with a 180 warranty on the repair. Highly recommended, thanks again.
Superb Salt of the earth genuine person , dealt with Paul and I can not fault his professionalism and technical skills, Highly recommended fixed my old Plasma LG TV it had a few issues and he resolved it with in the time frame as promised and his procedure of carrying out the works was superb! I'd phoned around a couple of companies for a repair before finding and contacting Deltavision -Paul was immediately helpful, transparent and honest about the repair process and feasibility. After looking at the other google reviews I went ahead and was not disappointed. Paul is professional and straightforward to deal with. Handover was incredibly covid safe which is refreshing to see as not all suppliers seem to understand the importance of this. Called Paul regarding 2 led smart tv's one with no picture the other with white spots on the screen. Paul responded the same day, gave me very reasonable estimates and fixed them both within a couple of days, what a star! Brilliant service, highly recommended. Paul was available to talk to me and receive my TV at the end of the working day with no qualms or issues.
