My partner & I placed an order & we are not disappointed at all. Wide range of choices on their menu, which is laid out nicely & clearly & reasonable prices. Delivery time is very reasonable give that they could be really busy. Our food was lovely & hot on delivery. Delivery person was kind & courteous. Safe to say, we WILL be ordering from the Dolphin Fish & chip shop again, we appreciate the service we've received. Compliments to the hardworking Chef, Staff & to everyone who helps the Dolphin Fish & chip shop run each day.

Had cod & chips - was pretty disappointed as 1 cod was soggy and appeared undercooked. The other was much crispier and was only just cooked through, although not flaky. Chips were plentiful but very pale and would have preferred them crispier. Other Edinburgh institutions do much better. Everything would benefit from a bit longer cooking.

Fantastic chippy, such a great family run chip shop so friendly and welcoming when you come in to the shop. Prices are fantastic for the quality of standard that they produce, delivery is always on time and if not early. Great chip shop highly recommend!

Amazing establishment that caters for all cultures such as halal. Fish was fantastic, same as the chicken pakora. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning very soon!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Haddock supper was delightful, and the serving was huge !
