Service was terrible apart from 1 waitress named Alexandra. Alexandra was the only friendly one! We were waiting to be seated for too long, the place was empty, I had booked in advance and they looked at us as if we were intruding. Food was lovely though. If only they were nicer, we might have stayed longer!
Amazing food, specially the B&G Burger, it is delicious!!! Sandwiches are nice too and I have been a few times for breakfast and lunch and I highly recommend it.
Beware so-called "local guides" singing the praises of this place. I believe these may he paid posts from the management. Private equity owned clip joint. Very rude service and horrible management. Overpriced, very long waits for food. Just terrible in every way. Save yourself the frustration and avoid.
Absolutely terrible service, incredibly rude and aggressive management. Do not touch this place with a pole. Old, stake food which us either reheated or supermarket purchased and resold with extortionate mark up. Unfortunately zero stars do not exist on Google so I had to rate 1 but do your nervous system a favour and avoid this place.
Lovely place! I went with a friend who is a member and thoroughly enjoyed the aquafit class. The instructor was very sweet and helpful. If I lived in London, I would most definitely join.
Just love dolphin square, one of the best places to stay in London
The kind of place where you can use the toilet, the wifi and do your work without anybody coming to take your order. Absolutely extraordinary indifference on behalf of every single member of the staff, who are arrogant, rude and have a very bad turnover. Very badly managed. Oh, and the £16 English breakfast. Avoid!
Quiet bar with food reasonably priced. Nothing to write home about.
