Handy spot to refuel mid-shop but distinctly mediocre cakes with inflated price tag. Could do better. Team are very sweet and attentive.
Afternoon tea it's not worth it - price value for two it's a bit of a rip off, food isn't that great or tasty. Probably best option would be to get a piece of cake and drink. Always has queues so be prepared to wait.
Very clean, good Covid-19 measures, particularly liked that clear screens between all the tables. Good service!
The afternoon tea was great choice to have after a busy day. I enjoyed the scones and the sandwiches much more than the cake. The cream and jam are so good.
Service was acceptable. The eclair was £7.50 which is so overpriced. The scones in cream tea were slightly stale. Wouldn’t return here.
I was seated out of turn .. people seated after me were helped before .. others given water with tea.. none for me.. and staff was unfriendly
Staff were friendly but didn't love the desserts.
Can only comment on the hot drinks, tea is good, hot chocolate is great.
