Office staff were utterly vile; 'we have to look after our own first' was what I was told verbatim when I attempted to register some weeks ago. They went above and beyond to ensure I couldn't register with a mountain of excuses, including giving me the incorrect form to fill in, and refusing to even look at me when I tried to point this out.
Went to hand in letters after keyhole surgery to get date to hav stitches taken out, they hav door closed all the time had to speak tru intercom so put letters tru letterbox, rang bk 2 weeks later for date to get them out they hung up the phone on me took um out myself, very very rude front of staff especially wen they kno I suffer wit mental health after I Been with practice over 11yrs, wat is going like
Horrible rude front of staff. Was told there would be no issue becoming a patient here over the phone, and to come to the practice to fill out the form, when I arrived they had every excuse under the sun and were just plain mean.
A great practice very pleasant so grateful
Found it disturbing that someone with a mental health condition was 3 minutes late for an appointment. Phoned on their way to say they would be late, to be handed a piece of paper and told to go elsewhere.
Great Doctor and surgery as a whole, great staff including the Nurse. Very understanding, knowledgeable and I appreciate what everyone at this surgery has done for me.
