The GP missed that I had a serious case of pleural effusion water on the lung and a collapsed lung, and instead diagnosed a pulled rib muscle that was causing me pain when breathing. I’ve just spent 5 days in hospital and had 4.5 litres of fluid pumped from around my lung, had it been diagnosed sooner it might not have gotten so serious or caused long term damage. A very unhappy customer.
Doctor Call responded professionally and quickly in regard to my request for a Doctor home visit. I was kept up to date on timings. The Doctor was friendly, efficient, professional and reassuring. He also had a sense of humour which helps enormously when one is not feeling well. Thank you Doctor Call I will definitely use your services again if I need a home visit.
I had a very positive experience. I was stressed as we had to leave for the airport by 10 AM and the doctor arrived at 9:30 as promised. I was very impressed with Dr. Sheehan and found him knowledgeable, professional and best of all very personable. Dr. Sheehan helped me with my clogged ears and gave me nasal spray and peace of mind before flying home. Many thanks. Cheers
A very very poor service, I called the doctor on behalf of the family I work for who have a young child who was unwell. We were initially told a doctor would arrive within 20 minutes. After 40 minutes we called again and were told it would be 1 hour more hour. I called again and was told a doctor would now be approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. When we asked to cancel so we could find another doctor we were told he was "on his way" and therefore could cancel but we would not be refunded. Not the service you expect when you pay £275 for an appointment!
Brilliant service. Extremely experieneced and knowledgable home GP visits within 2-3 hours. Used for both our kids aged 14 and under and excellent at dealing with younger patients. Thank you!
We were visiting the UK from Australia and my wife caught pneumonia. As the NHS would not look at us only in A & E we called Doctor Call. Was in the evening and we had a doctor come to our hotel the following morning, he had her checked into a hospital within a couple of hours. Fantastic service, highly recommend if you’re visiting the Uk and staying in London.
The London team was welcoming and patiently listened to my condition. Explaining the type of medical care and accustomed health behaviors in the States, the doctor was able to note the differences. I was promptly given a plan of care/medication to use for the purpose of my visit. They promised me the doctor will be at home in 20min and after two hours we are still waiting. Customer service is unprofessional and non supportive. After one hour we called to check the status and they said another 1hr and 20min to arrive as the doctor on the way as if the doctor will come from another city They reject refund even with the extreme delay. seems the doctor will They changed the membership conditions without prior notice so the membership now worth nothing.
On our visit to London I experienced pain running from my back running down my legs. The hotel recommended Doctorcall and arranged for them to visit me at my hotel room. Dr Munoz arrived within an hour and diagnosed it as muscle spasm. He gave me a shot and medication to take. I was up and running within a few hours and was able to continue with my vacation.
Dr. Chakraborthi was very professional - a good listener, he gave us all the explanations we needed regarding my condition and the medication he administered and provided for later use. He put our minds at ease and we were very satisfied. It would have helped if he would have been able to arrive in a more timely fashion - we were told approximately 10.30 but je arrived later than that.
