This centre is not at all recommended as their professional practices are not good for your mental health. I took a treatment one year back and after 8 months get served a notice for additional payment without any itemized breakdown. I had made the payment at the reception for whatever was charged. I sent a polite reply contesting the charge only to be left unanswered. After few months, again a set of threatening emails. After getting to the root of it, they are now saying that hygienist had given floss sticks. I never asked for it and if it was chargeable, it should have been clearly told as part of consumer duty. I am not going to that practice anymore. Had good memories with BUPA but this definitely was more painful than any dental appointment.
It’s like I have a whole new mouth! Martin Carolan on reception was incredibly helpful and organised and Monika Patel gave my teeth the most thorough clean they’ve ever had removing all stains and freshening my breath! Will be back for more.
The happy and always smiling receptionists - Bianca & Martin are polite, friendly, and maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with patients, colleagues, and other visitors. They always make me feel at ease as I am not a huge fan of Dentist! They both have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. They listen attentively to patients' needs, provide clear instructions, and be able to effectively convey information about the dental practice and its services. Their world-class dental receptionists, always greeting patients with a warm and friendly manner, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome! Their dental knowledge is immense to have an understanding of dental procedures and terminology as receptionists this helps patient questions, schedule appropriate appointments. Best Front of House team in Marylebone!!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this dentist practice! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two lovely receptionists who made me feel right at home. Their warm smiles and friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. The dental care here is top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. I've finally found a dental practice that I look forward to visiting. Thank you for the exceptional service!
I saw DR Avan Mohammed, the Orthodontist for my Invisalign treatment at Bupa Devonshire Place because I could not see her at my usual practice. She was very helpful and accommodating. She explained the whole process clearly and was very thorough. I am over 3 months into my treatment and I can already see a difference in my teeth and my friends are noticing it too! Seeing DR Mohammed was the best decision I’d taken in a long time. I must add the instalments payments allowed me to start straightening my teeth when I would not have been able to do it otherwise. I would highly recommend seeing her. Five Star Service!
I used to love this place. Wonderful hygienists but big problem with the accounts woman. Big shame because Front Desk and Hygienists are great but one person spoils the whole process.
Exceptional care by Ionna Shanks and her dental nurse Anabel. Mike at reception gives the warmest welcome. An excellent service from start to finish and the best referrals if you need them.
I came back to see Dr. Nadia and her nurse Adina for a another treatment. Again they did an excellent job on my difficult filling and diagnosing. I experienced very little pain thanks to Nadia's light hands and Adina's skilled hands. The treatment was of high quality. The clinic has an excellent team and all are friendly and also very professional and organised. The equipments are all up to date. I definitely recommend the clinic. Thanks to all the staff there.
Very nice clinic and the staff were amazing from the welcoming and friendly receptionists, to the hardworking dentist and dental nurse. Everyone was very nice and proffessional.
I have been going here for years to see Dr Iona Shanks. Always very professional, very experienced, and of course diligent. My family also goes here after my recommendation. There are also hygienists to visit and can recommend Emma Christensen. Reception staff also very helpful. Would highly recommend for your dental needs.
