I took my wife's bike to the 'Doctor' this morning at 9am to have its rear derailleur sorted. Tom offered to do it straightaway and within 15 minutes it was done. Great service - thank you.

Friendly, knowledgeable and great service. Helpful and did a brilliant job on my bike. It's like new. Will definately use Doctor Wheelgood again. 👍🏻🚲😃

Just a brief note to say what a joy it was to ride my newly serviced bike home on Wednesday. I did not realise just how much it needed servicing – and what a difference it has made. Thank you for efficient, cheerful and courteous service.

Really helpful chap unfortunately didn't have a weird sized inner tube I needed at the time but did all he could including offering to swiftly order one in. Sadly i couldn't wait and he pointed me in the direction of another place i could buy one!

Tom is a top man, stacked with knowledge, expertise, skills, and most importantly knows how to talk to his customers about their requirements. I won't be using any other bike shop for my bikes from now on.
