Beloved family-run business in the area that serves food and cuts so delicious there's often a queue at lunchtime with everyone from policemen to pensioners waiting patiently. We also asked them to do the catering for a major event in our family and they pulled it off in style. I can't recommend them highly enough!
Had the freshly cooked pepper steak baguette and minted lamb ribs today, my work mates had the same and we all loved it.We work all over Norfolk and Suffolk and tried loads of places over the years, we all agree Cawdrons is one of our very favourites, a must visit when in the area
I visited today for the 1st time. The selection of produce is wonderful however I was highly disappointed with the mixed meat bag takeaway.nThe meat was shredded and very dry/overcooked. The crackling was wonderful but the baguette was doughy inside and I ended up throwing away as I didn't enjoy it.nPerhaps to the cooks dont overcook the meat and slice to go to prevent it from drying out and baguette baked and served hot instead of cold and doughy.
James is absolutely fantastic we got letdown with our Christmas meat and he was there to save the day.nnHighly professional, Courteous, He went above and beyond I cannot recommend his butchers enough and I will be using them ongoing every year
Hi ordered a steak baguette with chips. All 5* until I tried the ketchup on the chips. Oh dear what a let down. It was disgusting.
