Super luxury afternoon tea experience, freshly prepared sandwiches and plenty of them, delicious cake selection and endless supply of drinks served to us by a lovely lady member of staff, very attentive, nothing too much trouble,  Relaxing pretty surroundings, very good value, would highly recommend. Thank you to all the staff. Throughly enjoyable afternoon.

Went here with my parents and sister. Good disabled access, lovely day out.
Highly recommend afternoon tea it was beautiful. (Pre book) Thanks to all staff who were extremely helpful and friendly.

We have breakfast here every month or so, and I can't fault it. Everything is cooked fresh, the food is gorgeous and the staff are lovely. I've never not been able to find what I'm looking for in the garden centre and the staff are always happy to help if you need it.

Very friendly, helpful staff bringing sunshine to a dull January day.  Got lovely plants thanks to the help of the person called Simon who couldn't be more helpful and informative and couldn't help us enough.  The plants I bought are perfect and definitely brighten up the patio.  Nandina Domestica.  Lovely red, orange and green.  He says if ever we wanting help with future planning he would definitely help.  The cashiers kindly kept the trolley safe as we didn't have much time before the coffee shop shut.  Then went upstairs and had a lovely mocha coffee in the restaurant upstairs and despite nearly closing time the customer service was excellent.  They said that the store closes half an hour later so can relax now purchased.  We saw Simon on the way out as we were discussing him with the cashier who shouted across to him and he waved across.  He is such a star and so personable making this such a perfect day.  Thank you Dobbies we shall be back.

Great afternoon tea . All fresh food and plenty of it . Great child's , healthy and fresh . Very friendly staff and nothing too much trouble . Would definitely recommend.
