Ordered two rods & one had a minor issue upon delivery - one email to Ian’s Tackle and the issue was sorted by a delivery the very next day!! Simply great service and the communication was second to none. Great company, a real example for others to follow. Many thanks to all at Ian’s Tackle.

Excellent customer service! courier damaged my item, this was sorted immediately by them. Lots of people say how they are happy when everything is going smoothly, but is the mark of a good company, when they sort out things when they don't go as well as expected. I will be ordering from them again.

Ordered 3 f1 short kits for my pole and one of the top kits was snapped clean through on arrival I contacted Ian's fishing tackle and the problem was resolved with absolutely no hassle at all and a very quick and easy transaction! Excellent communication excellent service.

Bought two Drennan Acolyte 14 foot Distance Feeder Rods from these guys.  After placing the order i recieved an email saying one rod was ready for immediate dispatch and the other was on its way to them from Drennan.  I reiterated to them i needed the rods asap as i was off on a trip and could they keep me informed.  Carl kept me constantly updated and both rods arrived within two days of each other.  Absolutely superb customer service, fantastic communication all through.  I would without hesitation recommend this shop and will definitely be ordering from them again.  Simmo

Ordered a Preston Monster Edge top two replacement and Kupping kit on Sunday and the items arrived safely on Tuesday morning. Probably the quickest delivery I've ever had from a tackle shop. Thank you, will be using Ians again.
