Used for insurance claim and cannot recommend highly enough, absolutely fantastic. The communication was great from the beginning, Pick up and drop off of car on time. Repair work done to an exceptional standard. I considered using repairers closer to home but am so pleased I stuck with this option as it really was truly impressive. Thanks guys
This company was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Beth phoned and I explained I needed the car for my holiday. She assisted me every step of the way. The car was collected and within an hour I was told what was needed and it wouldn’t be a problem. Russ and Beth were my two main contacts but each and everyone was courteous and helpful. My car was in a collision causing damage to my bumper. They collected it from my place of work at the time arranged. Very polite and on time. Kept me informed of repairs required. Very good service provided by DLG. Was contacted day after accident to arrange collection of car. I was kept informed of progress throughout. Phone call from DLG told me date of return of vehicle. Office staff very helpful. Delivery and collection drivers very friendly and phoned prior to setting off to give estimated time of arrival. Work carried out as agreed. Car valeted fully after works. Arranging collection was simple enough and was pretty quick. Communication once the car had been collected was then non existent. When someone eventually answered the phone, I was promised call backs that didn't happen and I didn't receive any notifications of the countless times my completion date was pushed back. What was estimated to take 7 days ended up taking 24! I had to keep logging on to the tracker to find this out which wasted my time- in this day and age surely a text message saying the completion date had changed would have been easy to do.Service: Body & Trim
