I was initially concerned to be "encouraged" to use a repairer chosen by my insurance company Privileg,e but those concerns were totally unfounded. From first phone contact through the courtesy car, the repair process and collection the service has been faultless. They worked hard to finish the job in under 2 weeks before I wanted the vehicle for a holiday. In particular the level of communication was unprecedented in my experience both clear and straightforward not promising what could not be delivered.

Accident 29th April. one call to Churchill car taken to UK Assistance Repair Centre Barnsley on 30th, hire car waiting. Given that it was a Bank Holiday weekend car was returned, repaired 5th May. Hire car left at Repair Centre to be collected. The paint job was immaculate, car valeted what a brilliant service. Staff at both Churchill and UK Car Assistance amazing. Well done to all concerned, absolutely excellent standard of service. Alan Benton
