The service I received from DLG was absolutely seamless. From contacting me to arrange the repairs, delivering the courtesy car, to getting my car back it was very easy. Super quick and they were very attentive with updates on the repairs and how long it would take. The repairs have been done to an exceptional standard and it was well worth what I paid. Friendly staff as well! I would recommend them to anyone looking for any servicing or repairs. The only thing I will say, is that my fuel tank was lower than it was when the car was taken, upon its return. Usually I wouldn’t mention it, but fuel prices are absurd right now. Superb service!! Vehicle collected on the day and time arranged. Received messages from the repairer both when the assessor had inspected the accident damage and when the repairs were underway. DLG then contacted me to let me know the vehicle was ready to be returned to me. I agreed on a 1pm time slot, and that I would be available... i couldn't believe it but shortly before 10 am my doorbell rang and standing there was the driver from DLG who had just brought my car back! DLG contacted me with regards to arranging a collection date to take my car away and leave me with a courtesy vehicle. They collected when they said they would, Shell told me that someone would probably give me a call the following day to advise of what would need repairing. They called before the end of the day and told me exactly what would be done, then asked if I was happy for them to continue. They kept me informed right up until the work was completed and wanted to arrange delivering my car back to me. Initial service for car collection and arrangement of replacement was very smooth. Repair took 3 weeks although due to delay in parts from overseas. Communication could have been better as we had to keep chasing for updates. When car complete, repair was to high standard, but part missing from new light needed resending.
