An offer was placed on a property which this estate agent had advertised - apparently there was also another offer on the table so this in turn led to some kind of bidding war - we lost.   The female estate agent was not very helpful and at times condescending.     The sale was lost - a complaint was made to HQ in Newport regarding the whole process and communication methods, a phone call from the Cheltenham office was promised.    That was two months ago - still no call    Apparently (according to the vendor) who took our number in the event something went wrong reported difficulties with the purchaser and the estate agents stating the sale may not complete 
Be careful as this estate agent will seek the best price without taking other factors into consideration - very poor customer service

One of the most unhelpful, deceitful, and dishonest companies I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I just wish there was a No Star rating I could give them
