Very nice staff!
They are profissional, helpful and they always provide a excellent customer service. After 2 years and half since my first tenancy with Crown, I back again to try to rent with them because any other agency is like this one. The staff still with the same or better interaction with people. It's not like others agencies that you see that the staff are not happy with the job, they are rude, don't reply emails or return calls...million stars for Crown and your staff!

Wanted the Best and Got the Best..

Dealt with numerous Estate Agents over the years and I found Kerrie and her team at Crown by far the best Agents to deal with. On our sale they acted fast and professional throughout. They handled the transaction very well and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody.

Crown managed the sale of our home (we were the buyers) and we couldn't praise highly enough the service we received. From the initial viewing with Charlie, Crown stood out as a cut above your typical estate agents and this standard of service was carried right through to the day we picked up the keys. 

The team were helpful, friendly, thoroughly professional and certainly played a crucial role in facilitating a fairly complicated sale and purchase. We have no plans to ever move, but if we did, we would go straight to Crown.

Lovely offices and fantastic, knowledgeable staff! Will definitely use Crown if I am looking for an estate agent or letting agent or just wanting to find out about property in Chepstow and surrounding areas.
