Had a diy kitchen when our builder recommend them and we was not disappointed. Because of the difference in price we actually had a much better spec of kitchen than we originally planned. The quality as as good as you can get the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the kitchen comes fully assembled so you keep favour with the kitchen fitter. We also changed and added things throughout our build and was fully accommodated. Highly recommended go and take a look at there showroom
Fantastic kitchen showroom, very large with lots of choice. Very helpful team working there who were on hand to answer any questions. There had free hot and cold drinks, and even snacks. I planned my kitchen online and went to the showroom just to confirm we liked what we had picked out. It’s well worth a trip here if you are browsing for a kitchen, the quality of the units are great, and I found out they all come ready assembled, so no flat pack. The staff are very helpful and friendly, and the best part is the staff are not salespeople, so there is absolutely no pressure to buy anything.
My DIY kitchen Malton White was installed over one year ago. I love it, not just for the design, but also for the high quality and sturdiness of the cupboards and fixings. It still looks fresh out of the lorry. The whole order and delivery experience was straightforward and seamless. The units came fully assembled just add feet, shelves and handles. Everything fitted and worked as I'd designed it based on their helpful planning and design tool. I made a considerable saving, got the kitchen I had dreamt of at a great price, and never once regretted ordering with them. I will definitely get my next kitchen from these guys!!
We are extremely pleased with our kitchen from DIY Kitchens. The quality of the doors and units is strong and sturdy, superb colour and shine, exceptional quality. The handles give a perfect finish and complement the units. We had a pleasant experience visiting the showroom which was a big decider in selecting DIY Kitchens. We had a positive experience in ordering, receiving and installing the kitchen, which we did ourselves. Excellent customer service and communication by email and telephone, very prompt in rectifying issues. Everybody who has seen the kitchen has commented on how beautiful it looks and are astounded at the price we paid.nWe have already recommended DIY Kitchens to friends and family.nnThank you DIY Kitchens for making our dream kitchen a reality!
If I could have given them zero stars I would.nnWe ordered wall units that were delivered in January and installed soon after. A couple of minor defects picked up straight away were promptly replaced, and on looking at them we thought we had a really well built product.nnFast forward to June and 4 months into a 25 year warranty, we noticed that two of the units had prominent sags in them, and it appeared that the supporting bar had either not been glued or the adhesive had failed. We immediately raised a ticket attaching photos of the defective product, and their first response was suggesting we could fix it ourselves.nnUpon replying that this solution was not acceptable they quickly came back they would in fact replace the poorly manufactured units to the tune of £120 worth. They were also quick to point out as they were a supply only company they absolutely would not entertain fitting costs, which we hadn't even enquired about. Knowing we would have to pay again for fitting costs, we asked that the entire £750 order was replaced so that if for any reason damage occurred to any other item on taking down and refitting, we would be left with exactly what we paid for the first time. This was met simply with a no.nnSeveral emails back and forth, we are no closer to a satisfactory conclusion. The advertised product was supposedly of a better quality than their competitors, but it didn't last 4 months. Their customer service was hardly that, more company defence. I regret not going with one of the well known and reliable kitchen brands, for their customer service is actually helpful, and any issues they would have gladly fixed, rather than the half measures offered here, or in the case of DIY Kitchens' first suggestion, a DIY solution, very fitting I guess.
