Absolutely marvellous company to work with. Found designing my own kitchen online actually really fun and easy to switch things around without having to book an appointment with a kitchen expert. As long as your measurements are correct I don't think you can go wrong. The online planner then transferred all of our plan to the basket which was then checked over by one of their team before we paid. Delivery was great and the delivery driver actually pointed out a fault with one of the cupboard doors which was quickly rectified by one of the sales team and a new door sent out the following week. Wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. I would say if you get the opportunity to visit their showroom then do as we made multiple changes to our plan once we had been there as there is so much choice. We actually fitted this kitchen ourselves with no prior experience and found it moderately easy! Great company from start to finish.
We had a very good experience with DIY Kitchens. It takes a bit of work at the beginning, measuring up, making sure everything fits, choosing cabinets, but the effort is worth it. We got a much nicer kitchen, much better quality, significantly below the price of leading other brands who we checked out. The fitting of the quartz worktops was also done really professionally and if we ever do a renovation again, we will use DIY kitchens ahead of anywhere else. Our kitchen is now the best part of our house - we love it.
I cannot recommend enough, their website it’s great, very easy to use with multi options on the units you can pretty much have whatever you want. Once ordered customer service contact you to double check, they even pointed out that I may have missed something which I had, they are very thorough. Delivery was great too very helpful and put into my garage ready to be installed. The cabinets are of great quality and love the finishing touches. The pull out bins are a must. After service is great too. 10/10 Couldn’t be happier
My kitchen has been installed for 2 years now and still looks brand new. The planning and ordering process was very easy. All items arrived on time, one item has slight damage but was partially refunded. I cannot fault the customer and after-sales service. Everything is high quality and built to last and very competitively priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know. The before and after photos speak for themselves, totally transformed the area!
We love our DIY Stanbury kitchen. The colour mussel is so relaxing and calm to live with. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. We had a lovely helpful lady who helped us immensely with information and our ordering. The kitchen arrived on time which was imperative to fit in with then schedule of our fitter. The quality of the kitchen units, the handles, and cutlery drawer are top quality..we have had our kitchen in over 12 months and looks as good as when it was first put in. Highly recommend..we had DIY kitchens recommended to us by a friend we have recommended DIY kitchens to our son. Who has purchased and fitted his own kitchen from DIY Kitchens.
Good quality doors and hinges. Well packed for delivery with no mistakes with the order. Bought while an "offer" was in place for a very good price. The painted finish is robust and resembles sprayed nylon coating, very tough. My wife is delighted with the finished kitchen, completed last year.
We installed our kitchen at home from DIY Kitchens April 2021. 18 months on, the quality of the fittings drawer runners, door closures etc remains the same. The kitchen looks as good today as it did when installed. We always recommend to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Super pleased - thank you DIY Kitchens.
I'm so happy with my kitchen from DIY Kitchens, which was the Norton carbon style. We're first time buyers so this was the first kitchen I've ever ordered and I have no regrets whatsoever! After a few quotes from big companies that were well out of our price range and nowhere near as high-spec, someone recommended DIY Kitchens. The whole process was easy, and there was always someone there to help when I had questions. I designed the kitchen using their online planner, and a member of the team reviewed the plans and made recommendations before submitting my final order. I wanted to create a unit that would sit atop the work surface, and the team were really helpful in advising how to do this. The units were delivered exactly when promised, and the delivery team were friendly and careful on the day. My kitchen fitter commented on the quality of the units and doors which are solid painted oak and asked where I'd got it from so he could recommend to others! Once the units were in, the quartz worktop ordered through DIY Kitchens and supplied by Natural Stone Surfaces was templated and fitted without any issues it's beautiful too! Aftercare was spot on too. I was easily able to contact the team, and they sent out complimentary touch up paint when I asked. Also, during fitting, I realised one of the wall units I'd chosen was a little too large and the team were really helpful; I was able to add on a slightly smaller unit easily, which was made and delivered within a week. All in all, I'd absolutely recommend DIY Kitchens to anyone looking for a beautiful quality kitchen at a much fairer price than the big kitchen companies. We absolutely love our new kitchen! Just a few finishing touches left now but the units are absolutely perfect.
A comprehensive showroom, with every unit shape and size on display, in addition to a huge variety of example displays and samples. We felt absolutely no pressure from sales people, however there were plenty of staff with in-depth knowledge ready to answer questions. Prices and quality are better than most other places too.
Our first visit and were welcomed with a friendly smile and given directions around the showroom. There was staff on hand to give advice but didn't hassle us which was a welcome change. Free samples will help us choose our new kitchen. Free refreshments was also a nice touch. Well worth the trip to see and compare the quality, we traveled from South Manchester.
