I've ordered from this store second time, and I'm satisfied second time! Cheap and tasty food, even if they're busy, doing very well!! Fully recommended

Chicken wings ordered through onlinej.e. for family's dinner was a complete flop,  since kids were too hungry we immediately opened the pack when delivered and found the chicken stinking like fried dry fish and lot of dark colorblood portions were there. Foul taste when tasted just one piece !!! When reported to the branch immediately the man answered the call has replied arrogantly. Took it back  personally to the outlet to make them understand about what we found but it was in wain because the person in charge was so arrogant !!!  Poorest customer service. Not even worth one star rating. Ignorant attitude of the shop in charge who seriously lacks manners and the management has to give proper "Customer service training" if they are concerned about their business and the customers.

The chicken inside of the burger was pink and was also very hard to chew ,the mayo inside wasnt even enough to spread properly and I also ordered a chicken tikka baguette which turned to really be a wrap .Personally I do not recommend ordering food from here vile

Lovely as usual, only finding out when I got into my car guy charged me for two meals. Mistakes can happen on a Friday night.

Absolutely RUDEEEEE staff members. The guy that THINKS he owns the shop is always talking rude to his customers and does NOT give them the choice of having meat on the bone or without. Ridiculous!!!! Everytime you visit this shop, the guy at the front is always sarcastic and deserves the same attitude back. We once ordered food for 20 people, I went to collect it and the shop was closed LOL!!  I would NEVER recommend this shop at all to anyone!!!!!!!

Walked in for first time 1230pm, when I see 2 female staff members talking about £500, walked out straight away...no acknowledgement that a customer has entered the shop, first and last visit.  Have stuck with PeriFino for years and will remain their loyal customer even if I have to wait for the shop 2 open at 1pm Sunday.

First and last time going there. Told the gentleman specifically I wanted extra hot/spicy Asian style pizza and ended up with a pizza mostly topped with veg and a couple of small pieces of chicken and lastly it wasn't hot or spicy at all, not even a bite of it. Their fries were burnt as well. The gentleman told me they've made it extra hot and I'll always remember their food. I'll definitely remember it for all the wrong reasons

Location doesn't seemed to be overwhelming. Food I would rate average

Infor a takeaway. Restaurant very busy with many delivery orders  but staff very organised. Food realy tasty.Food: 5/5

Just spent £15 on a takeaway meal..burger and chips..2 pieces of chicken and chips a pot of beans the size of a milk bottle top..can honestly say the worst meal ever..back to kfc for me
