Glad im not the only with bad experience with these people !!! I got a new kitchen fitted just before Christmas last year and their professionalism left a lot to be desired !! they had no manners very arrogant the bad language was terrible !! Especially being in someone elses house with a very young child !! They came at the beginning of December and said they would be finished in a week 3 weeks later they were still at it making excuses and only coming to do work for about an hour then going away again sometimes they didnt come at all and your left sitting wondering if they were coming with no communication at all !!! they would come early in the morning without warning and the next day it could be the afternoon !!!! These people were still in my house 3 days before Christmas still doing work !!! i was trying to ready for Christmas with a young child trying to clean the place and they were still in my hair !!! I really was glad to see the back of them !!!!! They just didnt care this was my home !!!! oh yes and another thing they stole a shovel and a dustpan !!!

Dixons were contracted to install kitchen in our area around easter. Those who did the joinery work were great, however the electricians and those who removed the original kitchen leave a lot to be desired. They took out a brand new floor divider from between our kitchen and hall...and never replaced it. Also, they threw out a folder containing rent and electricity receipts. Furthermore, the final inspection showed that some of the work was substandard and needed repaired. This is still to be done. Shocking work to be honest

Snooty folk with pish poor customer service. Their website can't spell liaison or tenant so don't expect too much from their work.
