Bought new build from ACC in 2018. Had an ongoing leak from first floor bathroom from get go. Their maintenance team siliconed everything several times but couldnt find the problem, this masked the issue for periods. The real issue was the extremely poor workmanship when fitting the bathroom initially, they must have known as after 4 years I got my own plumber in to check. See photos below of the embarrassing first fix joinert that was supposed to hold up a bath full of water. This caused the bath to drop several mm and move the waste piping out of position. Of course now they dont want to know

Giving a one star is painful as it's far more than what is deserved! Only been in my house two and a half years and it has been one problem after another, including the ongoing problem of water coming through the walls when it rains and leaving beautiful damp patches that require builders to come out to the house, knocking out bricks, cleaning the dirty wall ties and then replacing the bricks. This is all due to the job not being done right in the first place which was the case with most of the problems - admitted by ACC as they hired in contractors to do the job, I'm assuming because they were the cheapest to pay because it certainly wasn't for their skills or reliability!

I have contacted ACC about this matter many of times and still heard nothing back! Their builders were playing republican songs and irish songs while building in their Lisburn site. I have video of this for proof. ACC are not at all professional ignoring this email especially in this day and age! The contractors should be held responsible for this and sacked on the spot. I will not finishing chasing this up until the matter has been solved.

House is always cold, only 26 years old, doesn't retain heat even after a recent gas conversion. High level damp patches, no insulation in the integral utility room, houses on the development are having to extract and re insulate due to poor original insulation. When you write to complain to the company, they don't respond, when you highli the poor insulation in their properties on Facebook, they block you, must have something to hide.
