Absolutely horrified by this level of non existent service. All my food was Pink. Very under cooked. To the point where I had to put it in the oven for my children, before they could eat it. Some of which went in the bin as I didn't want to heat lettuce and mayo! I called the shop Manager said he would replace the meals. I called today. One guy said call at 4. He will put it all on fresh. Just called they hung up. Incredibly rude. Never ever again will I order from here. Can I have the official complaints process please. Also want a refund. I no longer want the replacement. Maybe a health contractor needs to visit this place? Sending out raw food. Side note: Just popped in after finishing work. Asked for the complaints process. Was told there wasn't one. Didn't even ask why. I said I'd received very uncooked food. Looked at me like I was in the wrong.! I asked if he was the one I spoke to , who hung up on me. Didn't say a word. Is this correct there is no formal complaints process? I'd like some advise please. Thank you.
Love their chicken and chips! Moved recently from another east London area that has loads of chicken and chips shops naturally my standards are high. This Dixy branch never disappoints, fresh chicken and chips, tender succulent and their kebab rolls especially tasty! Every time I order I am never disappointed and would definitely recommend to all! SJ
I've seen them cooked their chicken and fries in the same frier, hence the chips tastingblike chicken. Been told I'll wait 5 mins for my order only for it to take about 15 mins I also think they prepare the raw chicken in the same place as their pizzas as the coating somewhat tasted like pizza dough, and there was also tomato sauce underneath the coating
Food arrived on time but my chicken was undercooked and it was disgusting. I will not be ordering from Dixy chicken, images been sent to health inspector.
Unpleasant experience in here. I entered and ask how much time will be for some form on the cob and some crisps. They told me 4-5 minutes. All good for me, considering that my bus was due in 11 minutes. The person behind the counter gone out, the one in the back was in the phone and guess what? After 11 minutes it was still not ready *_* The bus was gone and the only thing that I've got was a bad experience. Avoid them.
Absolute disgrace made me sick after eating here definitely the worst chicken and chips I've had in my life.
Was told order will take 5 mins to prepare. I waited for 20 mins and still don't have my wings. The short man on till is so rude he swore at me and my family when I ask him for update. I will report to trading standard because I have never seen service of this kind of low standard before. Not even back home in Nigeria
Ordered for home delivery... see picture. That is supposed to be a quarter pounder with cheese, grilled onions, lettuce and sauces... Disgrace how they take people for mugs and charge £5 for that!!!
I used to come to this shop after school and the food used to be so good. Nice and hot. I'm not expecting the same kind of quality every time but now I get good from here, the wings are very small, cold and very very dry sometimes. Most of the times nowadays, it's just dry. The chips are still all right though. The staffs are beyond rude. One time, when I asked for extra tissues because he gives me one single tissue when I order 6 wings and chips. He shouted what to me and stared at me like he wanted to fight. But maybe this was just a bad day for them, normally they just say what in their normal voice and then give me a single tissue. Rudest people i have ever met in a chicken shop or any other shop. It's a shame, this used to be my favourite chicken chips place
Ordered via Just Eat. Chips and onion rings were stone cold and only half of the garlic bread arrived which was also cold. Boneless chicken was soggy. Called to I form them of the missing order. Had to repeat myself constantly. Eventually got offered more garlic bread. Waited over half an hour for second delivery. Won't order from here again. Shall stick with KFC. A far better experience.
