Fast food at a reasonable price. They only accepted cash. The dining place wasn’t clean and we had to clean ourselves. This place has no service and we had to self service. The food was value for money
Absolutely shocking customer service, the restaurant argued with me over the app having a glitch my end for the option of grated cheese not being on there they stated if I wanted my correct order I would have to order again as I’ve not paid for the cheese I had this written in restaurant instructions instead of ringing me and making me aware of this so that I could make arrangements to pay when food arrived just sent it me without anyway, staff persisted to argue with me down the phone. Shocking customer service and cold food
Really great food, fast service would definitely recommend. Dine area upstairs is really nice and always clean.

Waited nearly two hours for order, called to cancel order to be told food on way and I can’t cancel order, needles to say food arrived cold. Chicken was dry and the chips were like cardboard. Will never order from here again
Not the same anymore. Having been a regular customer for over 15 years i can say the quality of food and standards have slipped majorly. Very unimpressed!
Paid for peri peri and no peri peri on fries. I think Dixy chicken is under new management which explains the sudden drop in quality. Extremely disappointed and feeling ripped off
Got my order and the chicken in the burger smelt foul !! Never had a promblem with her before until now don’t think I’ll be taking the risk again
