Terrible company! Wouldn't even give them one star! We was told they would let us a know a price on our gate after they worked out how much wood they would need. A week or so went by no phone call. We called them to find out ourselves, all we was told was that they would call us back - they never did! We chased them up on a further 3/4 other occasions and finally they got back to us with a price and gave us a date to when theyl come to fit it, but they didn't turn up. We kept phoning no answer. We phoned on another phone and was told it would now be the following week. That day was today we wasnt given a time so we phoned up midday to find out. We was told he was on his way 2 hours later still no one had turned up. I called the company again - and they said he would call back in 5 minutes surprise surprise he never did. It was clear they were ignoring our Calls!! If they wasn't interested in making the gate they should of told us from the start. My partner took 2 days of work And we are due a baby in 4 weeks time, we wanted this sorted weeks ago! At least have the decency to call and let us know if there were any changes! Please don't go with this company!
