Be aware if you buy house from them, at the beginning they have to look after snags for 2 years what they do quite a lot off them then on the top of everything what's with the house one of the company owned by the Keepmoat Homes owners Blueproperty Management is taking over managing your estate. Year after year payments are going up but the service is tragic. This company is a free bonus money for the owners taking money but doing almost nothing, and just try not to pay. Please see mine and others comments on Blueproperty Management reviews. The worst thing is that you can't sign out from the service as you signed the  contract when buying the property. Unbelievable but true.

Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I am waiting to complete on a new build property with them and the communication is shocking! Site managers that don’t know if a property is gas or electric to sales managers that invent hot water systems! We were given a whole heap of incorrect information at the welcome meeting including being shown plans that were out of date. We have a cupboard with a water cylinder in our bedroom that we were assured in a email was in the hall. Their response via solicitors was the information on the original sales flyer was correct so basically ignore everyone else! New buyers beware!

Keepmoat are quite frankly the worst homebuilders in have ever come across. 3 years and still fighting to rectify major structural issues

Horrendous company to deal with. The estate is not maintained correctly and everything is overgrown. Poor build quality and horrendous customer service. says something when the positive reviews are form staff not customers

Not only the worst builder in the North West but also provides the worst customer service ever. Avoid if at all possible
