Very well laid out. Staff are great at explaining things if you need them to but thankfully will also just leave you to nose around if you want!. Good prices on both new and their reduced lines.
Good choice of discount electricals at good prices. Staff very helpful and seem to have good knowledge of appliances and products they have available. Definately worth a visit if you're looking for white goods etc.
Went late Saturday afternoon expecting closed but open...spoke towen very nice lad had time to talk to you find out wot looking wot sort of price. Felt at ease with him, took note and pick the goid one, any problems 2 Yr warranty so seems good deal. Made arrangements for delivery and connection , Inc taking old one away at reasonable price. Worth having a look b4 you anywhere else even just to check prices. Good outlet, reasonable prices, good staff , friendly and happy......but no coffee!!!! Ha ha thank you Owen x

What a place. It's the second time we've bought an appliance from here in the last few months. The prices are the main reason we used discount domestics but also without realising it they actually have stock as well as display items. How many times have you gone to Currys or the like, seen what you want displayed on the shop floor but been told that it's not in stock and it'll be here within a week or so. Well I don't want to wait, I want it now.

We purchased a new dishwasher in early September took it home turned it on and it didn't work, Discount domestics the appliances still hasnt been replaced. We have rang everyday for the past month and they have never rang us back when they promised. I would not recommend them due to their lack of customer service.
we were interested in buying a fridge & washing Machine as property we were moving in was lacking these items..Read about their store on web search.We took a lot time to finalize our order after roaming in whole store for more then three hours but staff did'nt bother or got irritated.What questions we asked they came to answer politely otherwise allowed us to use our own freedom of choice.They have abundance of items on display so one chooses with satisfaction.I specifically want to mention store manager "Helen".When we finalized our order,i told her that to confirm price comparison i've checked fridge price on net and it is 30 quids less on an online shop.She politely reduced our item price.I requested delivery & installation of items in morning of thursday and on delivery day our item was delivered at 9 am after a phone call from their delivery & installation man confirming my presence in the house.He installed items professionally without any problem.Will visit again and highly recommend .
Really knowledgeable, helpful, no pressure sales, if they haven't got it they will get it for you, this will be my first go to for any appliances now 100%
The full experience from staff to choosing & paying was so easy & different compared to a bigger store we visited.the price was the same but what a difference. These people are here to help & care about the customer & carry the stock they display.i took it home myself.up & running,perfect No having to order & pay for deliver. My wife is very happy with our new washing machine which means so am i. A very big thanks.
