We found a warm atmosphere & wonderful food on our first visit to Dimitris. The menu provided a lovely selection of dishes cooked perfectly. Recommended if you enjoy authentic Greek food.

Food was great and the service was the right balance between attentive enough without becoming part of the show. Staff were all very friendly. Our waiter even made his 'I told you so' seem nice when, as he predicted, we fell a long way short of finishing the meze.

Demetris Taverna is more than just a restaurant, it is an experience which I can't get enough of. The night generally takes on an atmosphere that I just can't find anywhere else in this country. It is a little bit Greece/Cyprus in the UK. Demetris is the perfect host, but all the staff have just been fantastic. The food is simply the best. It is well worth staying the night in Weston-super-Mare so that everyone can make the most of the superb hospitality.

Stunning food, fabulous atmosphere, lovely owner who explained all the courses in our meze.. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone I know..

I ate at demitris today and had a kleftico £16 for 1 bite of lamb the rest was fat also lamb was on its own had to ask for chips and potatos which we had to share between 4 and it was abit weird as we had 2 orders of 2 was very disappointed after being so high rated won't be going back
