Beautiful surroundings. Well kept grounds and building. Lots of parking spaces close to the crematorium. A comfortable waiting room with toilet facilities to the side. The staff were friendly and supportive. Definately a peaceful environment.
We said goodbye to our brother, ti's place is very nice kind and caring, the service was preformed to an high standard and upset relatives were cared for in a good manner and not rushed

Really beautiful grounds, the waiting area/room is plush, comfortable, and immaculate, as are the toilet facilities. The staff in the office as you enter the grounds and the gardeners looking after it all are polite, friendly and helpful. The chapel for the service is lovely Well done.
The refurbished site is beautiful and the staff are lovely. BUT please, when there are monitors in the gallery, why are they not switched on? I was sitting upstairs during a full service yesterday. The seats are not raked, I could see nothing at all except the backs of people’s heads, and the monitors were not switched on, although they were downstairs. Surely this is a significant oversight for the experience of mourners?
We were promised our mums funeral April 2020 would be recorded for people unable to attend due to Covid 19. We are still unable to view anything and have had zero contact as to whether it was actually downloaded at all. Very upsetting as most members of her family were unable to attend and feel like no one at the crematorium even bothered about letting us know what happened. Very very unprofessional. If i could give zero stars i would. # update .... Sept 2020 its now nearly 6 months on since the funeral .... still no one has bothered to contact us. I suggest you use another Crematorium ! ## i will keep updating June 2021 still nothing !

Lovely place Well looked after The staff are very nice My mother used to love going round graveyards reading the stones and it was ther last one she went and she said when I die I want to be buried here
