You held our hand the whole way through and went above and beyond to help us through a very sad and difficult time. We haven't had the best experience so far. Not got to the funeral yet but we weren't called back as promised with a date for our mum. Even after two calls to them again today we are no further forward.
The Funeral Director, Nichola and her team provided a professional, caring and outstanding service for my Nan from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure a very difficult day for my family ran smoothly and that each of us was taken care of. I can't rate them highly enough. Thank you.
I can’t speak highly enough of the service provided by Duane for my mother’s funeral last week. The attention to detail was amazing, he thought of everything, kept in contact throughout and nothing was too much trouble. It was a relief at a very sad and stressful time not to have to worry about this aspect because it was so well taken care of.
This review is for a man called Dwayne , because i live down South and was only able to come the day before because of Covid , it fell on a Sunday , Dwayne gave me his number and said it did not matter what time we got to Yorkshire , he would open up so we could see our dad , while we were there he was really good with us , it was late dark and cold , but he did not rush us , while my dad was in hospital right up to today ,it was hard because he had a partner, whos daughter became next of kin over night , the Co Op handled this situation very well and took into account we were his children , they were professional and very caring , the only ones through our sad Journey that understood my dad had 3 Children, you never think things can get as difficult as they did , thank you Dwayne for doing what you did that Sunday in January , today when i was tearful for how we have been treated , you came to mind and i honestly had to thank you , be safe and lucky
Could not have asked for anything better, Sam on the telephone, and especially Paul, they couldn’t do enough for us, they gave my husbands brother a good send off, they went above and beyond, nothing was to much for them, and we thank you so much x x
Absolutely disgusted Rang to arrange my uncles funeral for when the inevitable happens I can only do weekend appointments and the man was rude Hung up on me Wont recommend co op to anyone
Avoid at all costs, they caused my family so much distress with a fundamental error, then tried to back track on their mistake and blame the grieving family, after initially offering to make good their error..
Absoloutly amazing kind friendly people who go the extra mile to help people at the very sad times they face i lost my mum in june and the amazing team went above and beyond to help me and my family throughout cant thank them enough xxx
it was a professional service provided and my uncle got an amazing send off,thankyou to Paul and his team x
