very clean and beautiful masjid for worship. jummah prayer is always busy with the khutbah and recitation being good. they're very welcoming so you can come whenever regardless if you're praying or just visiting. there also a woman's entrance and prayer area.
Venue hire for Nikkah.nEverything was perfect Alhamdulillah.nI have seen a negative review from a sister in regard to the venue hire for nikkah and this had me extremely anxious beforehand. However they really delivered for us. JazakAllah for a memorable day.
The Manchester Islamic Centre was formerly the Albert Park Methodist Church, which opened for worship in 1883, but in 1962, the church closed down. In 1967, it was bought by some members of the Syrian Arab community to be used as a Mosque for the Manchester Muslim community. The property consists of two large buildings, one is used as a Mosque and library, and the other includes a prayer hall for women, social events hall, classrooms, a kitchen and an ablution facility.
Didsbury Mosque is a lovely, clean, and well-organized place to pray. It’s got everything you need for wudu and has prayer areas for both men and women. There’s also a great Quran school for kids and adults, plus other activities that bring the community together. Whether you’re going for daily prayers or just visiting, it always feels welcoming and peaceful. A great spot for worship, learning, and connecting with others in a warm environment.
