Very poor finish to house dirt everywhere damage to walls, grout left all over tiles sink bath etc. Been waiting 2 months for trap to be fitted to downstairs wet room. It stinks and they don't seem to care once your in about fixing any problems. Turf in garden just layed on soft bumpy mud, garden floods, no drain away next to house so will get damp eventually. The list goes on nails left sticking out of floor bodged up electric sockets, doors that don't close. Site manager lies about coming round says he's been when we haven't been in but we have. Rubbish left all around the estate. There is loads more I can't recommend buying a persimmon home to anyone they claim getting it right first time but they can't even be bothered to come and fix all the mistakes they have made and there are many.
