My mum got taken in last night, the care she received was amazing, the nursing staff made her feel at ease and we weren't waiting long for the results of scans and xrays. A big thank you goes out to them.

NLaG staff do not take sexual assault by a physician seriously. Their psychology assistant left me on a waiting list for four years and, after having seen her twice, she informed me that I was still not ready and she referred me back to my GP, despite my having informed her of what he had been doing. Later, one of their consultants told me that it wouldn't happen in the UK. Thankfully for me, another woman had also reported the same GP, or I doubt that anyone would have believed me. The actions of the psychology assistant, in my opinion, made her complicit in what the GP was doing. When I have tried to complain, I just get informed that she no longer works for the trust. They don't care or want to take responsibility. They even told me that if I want to see another psychologist, I would have to back on the bottom of the waiting list!

My father-in-law was rushed to hospital with a severe nosebleed. The treatment he has received has been satisfactory and the staff are very caring. I would like to reiterate the point made on another review about smoking at the hospital entrance. It does nothing for the hospital image to have patients on drips and in pyjamas smoking outside the entrance, and the tannoy message is totally ineffective to stop this. Please, please address this problem, which has been extant for at least 13 years.

A caring medical staff for who nothing was too much trouble. Just the on-site shop and car parking doing their utmost to fleece the public of every penny.

Dr John C1 HOLLIS WARD, is a lier, went in of the friday for a emergency echocardiogram on my heart, was admitted on the friday, had a CT SCAN on the Saturday, was left on ward til the following Monday to be lied to and told my heart was checked, got lied too and told my heart was fine, rung my GPS and the ward the following Friday and was told my heart wasn't checked only my lungs, this is DR JOHN from the C1 HOLLIS ward a lier, now getting solicitor involved as medical negligence
