My father passed away in October 2017, just seven weeks after my mother. Dad and I had spoken about arrangements before he died and he asked me to use Diamonds for his cremation as he had used their services for his own parents, forty years before. I was so pleased I followed his wishes. Andy, Lisa and the team at Diamonds were friendly, professional, efficient and sensitive. My experience was seamless, I left all formal arrangements in their capable hands, allowing me time and space to work on the eulogy and prepare for the wake. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

My mother recently passed away which was devastating to the whole family and which left me in turmoil as to who would arrange her funeral. We had tentatively made plans for another funeral director, but received late advice that their standards had fallen dramatically so I was left with a dilemma. I already knew Sally at Diamonds and decided to call her, and I am so glad that I did. The care that she took of Mum from the initial collection to the funeral arrangements could only be described as excellent. The conduct of Sally and the team on the day was so professional and yet so caring, which was commented upon by many of the mourners. Our experience of Diamonds was such that they will be taking care of any of our family arrangements in the future. Thank you for everything.
