I highly praise Stephanie Brown for her support and assistance in arranging the funeral as I am a professional executor and not a family member with personal knowledge of the deceased. Thanks to Stephanie and the celebrant she selected, a respectful and personal funeral was provided for the deceased that she deserved. I hope to work with Stephanie again on future matters and hope she gets the recognition she deserves from Funeral Partners for her hard work and great customer service.
We were very impressed with Diamonds and Sons. Stephanie guided us through the funeral arrangements and was available to answer questions and queries. On the day, the service went smoothly and feedback was good, not only from those who were present, but also from friends and family viewing on line at the time and later. It was great to be able to offer the webcast to those who couldn’t attend. Our celebrant Helen had just the right tone and with Stephanie and her team we had the perfect level of formality on a difficult occasion.

Diamonds were all amazing cant recommend enough lisa done all the arrangements and even managed to get hold of a bugle player from the royal marines to come and play at the funeral sally done the funeral and was so kind friendly and respectful throughout the whole funeral from leaving home at the service and on the return and aftercare the boys made leslie look amazing even down to doing his hair the way.he liked it we cant thank all the team enough

Thank you to the team at Diamonds. After unexpectedly losing my Dad last month Diamonds helped to make an awful stressful time a little easier. They helped me and and my family by offering support and kindness.
Just to say a huge thank you to everyone at Diamond and Son for all your hard work throughout the process leading up to my Dad's funeral and for everything you did on the day itself. It all went really well, and you dealt with everything so respectfully, which we really appreciated. The photo section during the ceremony was so moving. Also, we thought that the service sheet was exactly what we wanted. Would highly recommend you.
Stephanie was brilliant, from start to finish. With my mum, whose partner had passed away, with my young daughter who visited the funeral home and with myself. She adjusted how she was with each of us ever so slightly and was very respectful and helpful.
The funeral was tailored to our needs and was perfect. Friends commented on how much they enjoyed the experience.
From the moment that I walked in to Diamonds in mid January 2023 to ask them to be the Undertakers for my mother until today when I dropped her ashes off 'for safe keeping', we have received nothing other than a kind, efficient and caring service from the whole of the Team. Stephanie has been fantastic, as have all the staff. Nothing has been too much bother for anyone which is just what families need at a time such as this. Thank you so much.
