Been using Diamond Media for 18 months now. Initially had some real problems with my HP desktop PC. HP and other PC specialists were no help and simply wanted to wipe everything and reinstall Windows 10 at considerable cost. The guys at DM had it fixed in just one day and I didn't loose any programs or data. I've has other issues since, not related to my initial problems and they have been dealt with just as quickly and efficiently and on top of that they haven't charged me a fortune for the work unlike some others I won't mention by name have wanted to. Can't recommend them highly enough, friendly, efficient, reasonably priced and always deliver, simply great Company and great service!

Run by a decent bloke and his son, well established been around for years, quite knowledgeable. Prices for services and parts are not bad, plus all builds come with 2 years parts and labour. Prices are slightly marked up from the internet price, but you expect that and it's much less hassle should anything go wrong. Plus it's always better to support a local business.

I have been dealing with Gary and Dale at Diamond Media for several years now. The service I have received from them has always, without exception, been outstanding. They are highly expert, consistently helpful, very patient and really friendly. It is very obvious that their prime concern is to offer high quality service at very reasonable charges. I don't know if there are cheaper elsewhere in Grimsby for the simple reason that I have no reason to go and find out. I will always happily pay what Diamond Media ask because I have complete faith in their work and trust them completely not to make excessive charges. Highly recommend them.

I've known Paul and his family business for a long time now. I'm always impressed with the friendly atmosphere and the professional treatment I've experienced. Today I took a none PC related item to them for repair. Nothing seems to much for these guy's to undertake. All done in an hour. Hats off to you all. Thanks a bundle....All working fine.
