Story

VeloSport was established in March 2002 to serve an ever growing demand for quality cycling products and services. We feel that we owe our success to our continuing tradition of excellent customer service. Our heartfelt belief is that everyone benefits from our friendly and helpful attitude. Nothing makes the staff at VeloSport happier than seeing a customer leave with a smile on their face!

We're all cycling enthusiasts and it shows! We genuinely care about bikes, cycling and cyclists. It's this commitment to all things cycling that enables us to maintain our special quality of service. We are sure you'll be impressed by the level of care and attention you receive from our staff.

Did a great job in rebuilding Yeti as the frame was cracked on my hardtail so bought another 2nd hand full suspension frame a yeti 525 Martin swoped all the running gear off the old bike and replaced some of the worn parts . Now the bike has been brought back to life again . A big thank you to both brothers.
I trust this bike shop. Mechanics. I recommend them. Good value. Whenever my bike needs to be in service or for a repair, I take it with me to here for it to be had a looked at. Not overly friendly, but still honest and trusted men.
Headset bracket needed replacing and I didn’t have the time and tools to do it myself. I took the bike in on Friday afternoon and it was done and ready for me first thing Saturday morning. Excellent customer service and turnaround time. Can’t fault it. Definitely recommend and will be going back for anything else in the future.
Over lockdown we ordered my son a new MTB. Due to the current logistical problems the pandemic has brought and the fallout from the Suez incident our original order was delayed. The team at Velosport kept me updated at all times and even offered alternatives when they became available. This family business have been unfaltering in their attempts to ensure my son got his bike ready for the summer holidays. Their service was so good I’ve bought 2 more since. Thank you chaps.
**Not a keyboard warrior I Express my discontent in the store and was told to get out!!** Arrogance and insults from the owner/manager see other reveiws on google is the worst belittling my chosen bike set up and told me the reason I was getting knee pain was because I was old! I'm 29 not my bike set up! This is just one experience I've had with the shop But before this review becomes as arduous as actually having to deal with Velo save yourselves the hassle and go elsewhere.
Huge thanks to the team at Velosport Had an emergency technical issue with my bike whilst on our staycation touring trip. Incredible knowledge and advice. Wish we lived locally as you would absolutley be our local bike shop. Thank you.
I dropped my bike in unannounced today at 1.30pm. I left it with them to repair the Di2 system. Two hours later it was repaired and the charge was much less than I expected. First class service.
Was let down when ordering a bike online . Decided to look for a local bike shop and found these guys . Loving my bike already and service was fantastic, and even popped the bike in my car for me. Will be returning shortly to pick up one for my husband
Bought a new gravel bike last year and service was excellent from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Dropped MTB in today for service.... Very helpful and friendly.. Top class local shop...
