This place was recommended to me by a friend who had his tattoo done there recently, so I sent an email asking about a design I wanted to cover up an old tattoo. I didn't get a reply, so I sent another incase they didn't get it and they still didn't bother to acknowledge my contact at all. Not really a good impression for a new customer and obviously shows that they are not really that bothered about following up customers contacts - if that is the experience before getting a tattoo I am glad I found out now and I can try elsewhere
