Had a second hand leather jacket dry cleaned, bought from a heavy smoker and the jacket had a strong smoke smell, along with general dullness/dirtiness around the neck. Couldn't believe when I picked it up the jacket looked new and no smokey smell at all! In general the service good too, helpful and nice. Would definitely use them again.
I went to Diamond Cleaners absolutely distraught due to another dry cleaner ruining my designer mother of the bride outfit. Maz, David and Doreen were superb in helping me to rectify the issue. They were amazing, great customer service Thank youServicesService not listed
Had two jackets dry cleaned, both came back with more marks/grub on them than when they went it. The lady agreed that they had not been cleaned properly, and offered to have them cleaned again. Came back the following week, and they could only find one jacket. Spent 10-15 mins trying to find it, and eventually a random man came in from the street with my jacket I dont know who he was. The lady quickly repackaged it and gave it to me a very strange experience. Came back the second time in a slightly better state than the first, but I will still need get them properly cleaned.

Its a much presentable and better shop than before, new machines and helpful staff. Had my duvet washed same day service, quite pleased.
They damage our 4 curtains that my hubby bring there for dry clean They said we need to return to the shop where we bought it lol..but the shop said its the laundry's responsibilty coz they did not follow the instructions how to wash it They gave us a problem how we gonna solve these

Thought I take a chance on Diamond Dry cleaning and my clothes where perfectly cleaned.
Good service, reasonably priced, very helpful and pleasant staff, would recommend.
