Great service, going the extra mile with a smile. Took my bike in for a service, which costs a very reasonable £40, they repaired my front wheel puncture for no extra cost. Will be back!

Good customer service and competitive prices

Diamond Cycles offer a fantastic service, are very friendly and didn't make me feel like an alien for NOT wishing to wear a face mask! Polite and helpful staff. I was attended by Steve Been looking for a very specific fatbike in every shop around Edinburgh, where I live. No luck. Decided to phone Diamond cycle centre and bam!! Not only they never tried to change my mind into buying something they had in stock which sadly, seems to be the trend.. but they even got in touch with a previous customer to give me the chance to see the bike in person. Definitely buying from them. Great service, very patient and helpful with all my questions and queries. 100% recommend!

I cycled from Melrose to Galashiels last week and my seat stock on my bike had been slipping throughout the journey. I had no tools on me so I dropped in to the shop and the bike mechanic was very helpful and sorted my seat stock free of charge and gave me some helpful advice! Thank you the guy with the folding Ford bike

Great shop to get honest advice, honest service and a great deal, you won't get much better than here. Some amazing bikes and gear and can order almost anything you need. Coffee is nice too!

Thanks guys, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Saved me some money too, showing me which parts on my headstock were still good. The Cube bar ends look the dogs wotsits on my new black alloy handlebars!
