Awful, high handed and incompetent, you are at fault if you disagree with the rather well spoken lady you are told to not speak to her in that tone, now I can understand that some customers are horrible but when they will not listen, you have little else that you can do but put your case. This is not a company that listens, you listen to them....or forget it. it is  not them they are right, you are in the wrong, used to be a good company but not now. Horrible people to deal with they suck you in with their seeming competance and then let you down and are so dismissive. I made the mistake of giving them too much for a first visit but no more will pass my bank account, they deserve to fail.

Avoid at all cost.  Partner tried to get them to fix her washing machine, £60 to come and have a look and 2 weeks later parts still not arrived and still not working.  Don't waste your money  or time, terrible and an expensive mistake!!

This company is terrible. I’ve had 2 bad experiences with them, and would never recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely rubbish. They lie by saying they have ordered a part, but really they have too much work and fob you off. That's after waiting about a week to get an appointment. When they show up they are late, then have to order the part they say they ordered. 
Wouldn't recommend them at all.
