The driver was on time, the car was comfortable, and I could pay by card.
25 minutes late for an airport drop off made me very nervous couldn't get through to anyone was ringing other taxi companies at 5.00am - Very apologetic driver finaly turned up was nice and tried to make up the time but unfortunately wouldn't use again as don't feel they are reliable
Just made an inquiry to Dialacar via their website and was very impressed with the service and professionalism in their response.
I find their drivers friendly when I get in at the rank near Lloyd's although I don't use taxis that often.
Fantastic service, highly recommend! Good clear communication.
