I phoned up Ox Wash. last week and spoke to Eden who was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable and very helpful. She arranged for some bags to be delivered to me at my workplace which is not far away from where Ox Wash. is based in Ashtead made. I took the bags home with me And then I brought them back last Friday and I spoke to Eden again who are details of what I needed as I’m visually impaired and navigating the website might of been an issue and everything went well they picked up my laundry in the morning on Friday and she arranged for it to be delivered to me on Monday morning just gone. All was fine and I phoned her again and again spoke to Eden who was very pleased to arrange somebody to pick up my empty bag this afternoon and will certainly if you need arises I would use them again it was also competitively priced and she took the payment over the phone which made it easier for me as well I meant to say Osney Mead
