Went there the first day, got told the machine wasnt working but it will be tomorrow and the staff member could send the parcel. Went the next day, i was told it was still broken and shouldnt have been told to go back. I then got my mother to ring them and they said 'yes, its absolutely fine, just come tomorrow before 1. Basically, i think the staff members just fob you off with any old excuse until they have one in that knows how to use the thing. Train all staff members or dont bother at all

DHL should not use places like these. We had to wait for some time for anyone to turn up at the counter. The staff serving there didn't care a damp about customer needs. We needed to hand over a pre paid parcel but she didn't take any efforts to guide us.
