Once again this company fails. A supplier send me some product for an important event.nnThe Thursday 10th, the deliverer didn't come and of course he said I wasn't here. It was totally a false. Of course, this company always do this. Soooo, my supplier force them to back at the same address the 11th, and again nothing. It's always a pleasure to wait somebody for nothing.nnI have to find another solution, lose time and money just because of your incompetent. I mean, your job is to deliver. Just deliver properly.nnGuys, you need to do something for this. It's not the first time. And please. Stop to lie all the time.
Literally the most desperate company I've ever seen to make a quick buck. 11 pounds for them to pay the government taxes. So basically they can levy a charge of 45 pounds for an item that's worth only 139. Use them if you want to support their ceo's fat salary. Best part they enjoy bouncing around emails
Totally disappointed. Attempted to deliver my order which needs signature 4 days before my ETA without even letting me know and they are expecting me to be at home 11:00 in the morning in a working day!! And when I phoned back their 0800 phone call charged me £10 and I had to collect from Edinburgh although I am loving in Dundee. Horrible experience, no arrangements before delivery and the driver even didn’t phone me to see if I am around. I will never use DHL again.

Super friendly staff and efficient service!nWe were expecting DHL pickup but didn’t show up for few days. then I went to the depot which is 15mins away by car. Sorted and parcel received the following day by colleagues I. Zurich.
