Edit: I had already done what the response had told me to do. The number went through to someone who promised to phone me back but then never did. Once again the company lied. Just stay as far away as possible.nnWorst delivery company I've ever used - including evri. Say they've tried to deliver it but no one answered when I was home all day and had other parcels delivered. Then say they'll come back the same day, but they don't. Then say they'll deliver it to a local store but don't. Then when you ring again they're not sure why it hasn't gone out but they'll do it tomorrow. Apparently. We'll see if it ever actually turns up
I have had a couple of issues with drivers struggling to find me because I live on a farm up a forestry track but when I've phoned the depot in Edinburgh the people have been so quick to respond, friendly and helpful. I don't know why they have such a low rating on Google I've been impressed with this depot and their service! Thank you to all who have helped me.
Absolutely pointless. Email received says delivery 10.40 to 12.40. Guy arrives at 10.29. On my Ring doorbell. One ring. 5 seconds and walks away back to van. He was early and can’t wait 1 min for me to get to door. Private porch but doesn’t leave small parcel. Phoned customer services 5 mins later. They will get him to come back in agree time. Never turns up. Completely pointless. Absolutely Pish Service APC.
Went to pick a package at the warehouse and unbelievable behavior. It seemed I was at a nursery. Do we have adults or children running a bussines ? Cursing and swearing over the radio. Shocking ! never going there again!
The driver didn't knock, didn't ring, just drove away, me and my family were at home at the time. I saw the van driving away. Called the depo, they contacted the driver, he has a photo of my door. Well done, he knows how to use the camera. How about teaching him how to actually deliver parcels? Now as I have zero trust the driver can do his job, I'll have to drive to the depot to collect.
